We work with medical providers, hospitals, probation, human services, schools, attorneys, and community partners across Colorado. Our virtual model helps adults access structured care without leaving their work, family, or rural community.

- Call to discuss the program. We can review current IOP availability, the appropriate level of care, and insurance questions.
- Arrange a secure handoff. Before transmitting records, confirm the approved secure channel with our office. Ordinary email is for general, non-clinical questions only.
- Confirm assessment and next steps. Admission depends on clinical fit, program capacity, and the individual’s coverage.
Individual therapy availability
Both ongoing individual-therapy caseloads are currently full. Referrals for our mental health and substance use IOP programs are reviewed separately.
